WinnCompanies is looking for a Community Services Manager to join our military housing team at Fort Campbell, KY.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing robust events that ensure high-quality programming, education, and enjoyment for residents. In doing so, you will work closely with the property management and marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Actively plan, coordinate, promote, and facilitate the execution of community events.
• Incorporate lifestyle enrichment concepts and guidelines into community programs and cultivate partnerships with installation, military, and community organizations to provide additional programs and activities.
• Maintain community services budget.

• Lead or assist the creation of resident communications (draft newsletters, mass emails, and other resident focused communication). Support the development of resident education resources (survey, safety, sustainability, environmental, etc.).

• Support website and Facebook updates.

• Manage or support reputation management program in partnership with Marketing Manager and serve as liaison with Property Management, Maintenanc,e and Leadership to resolve issues and draft appropriate review responses.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures. Promote and practice incident-injury free (IIF) and sustainability.
• Attend trainings, workshops, and meetings as position requires. Required at special events on nights and weekends.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Less than 1 year of supervisory experience.
• A valid driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
• Ability to manage collaborative teams for larger projects or groups both internal and external to the organization.
• Ability to manage a diverse group of people and personalities.
• Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Superb attention to detail.

• Associate's degree.
• Experience in event planning and management.
• Experience with reputation management across multiple social media platforms.
